By using GoShorts ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoShorts is a video automation tool that allows users to:

  • Download videos from social media platforms
  • Composite videos with background footage
  • Generate AI-powered titles
  • Upload and schedule videos to YouTube

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only upload content you own or have rights to use
  • Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Not upload content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
  • Not upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Provide accurate account information

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

To use GoShorts, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Paid subscriptions:

  • Are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard
  • Are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice.

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload
  • You are solely responsible for the content you publish
  • We do not claim ownership of your videos or content
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the Service

6. YouTube API Services

This Service uses YouTube API Services. By using GoShorts, you also agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That uploads will always succeed
  • Compatibility with all video formats
  • Availability of third-party services (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Content you upload or its consequences
  • Account suspensions or terminations by YouTube or other platforms
  • Lost videos or failed uploads
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • You may revoke YouTube access via Google Account settings
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts for Terms violations
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

11. Intellectual Property

  • GoShorts and its original content are protected by copyright
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission
  • Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in appropriate courts.
